Intolerant is a Cairo-based meal service offering chef-made meals for individual orders and weekly or monthly subscriptions. If you want meals arranged around your working week, you can choose a subscription; if you prefer to decide meal by meal, you can order à la carte from the live menu.
Browse the menu and build each meal with your choice of main and two sides. Order individually, or pick a weekly (5 delivery days) or monthly (20 delivery days) plan. You pay by InstaPay and confirm your order on WhatsApp.
We deliver Sunday through Thursday, between 2 and 4 PM. Order before the 12:00 (noon) cutoff for that day's delivery window. We currently serve:

Every meal on the menu shows its calories and macros (protein, carbs, fat). We describe the food as healthy, chef-made meals — the right choice depends on the ingredients of each dish. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please ask us about the specific meal before ordering on WhatsApp; the name "Intolerant" alone does not mean a dish is safe for a particular allergy.
